How it works
When a member of staff needs approval for a series of ERP related jobs such as invoices, approval of jobs and feedback responses the database can be triggered to use the Boomerang service to send multiple intelligent SMS to the decision maker.
When the replies are sent from the manager Boomerang matches the response to the original message and then the database is updated with the response.
Any number of messages, corresponding to multiple requests, could be sent to the manager's mobile, to approve, reject, or request more information, in any order. This functionality is unique to Boomerang intelligent SMS.
